Stuffed crabshell


Try to make this stuffed crabshell after watching 'Ah Hong's cooking program which featured some local delights of Terengganu state.  Don't really copy down the whole recipe, just estimate and seemed quite
simple for me (to remember).  This dish is a bit different from the usual one as normally we would deep fried the stuffed crabshell but the cook only steamed them which I found quite suitable for Fussy M who should not take in too much oily things.  The taste is a bit flat and I should add a bit more salt the next time (if I ever do it again) !
