Roast pork bought from Kuantan Road market ; good one this time !

Steamed seafood ; added a bit more salt to the stuffed crabshell and a bit too salty!

p.s. None of the above is done by me except for stuffing the crabshell !

Tumeric flower

I don't even know that tumeric does flower ! Until Fussy M pointed out to me that this is its flower ! First time I see it !

The Leaf Healthy House

Discovered this little cozy eating place which is at Penang Street, near to the Bishop Street junction, through KWYP.  Coincidentally, my colleagues also visited this place on the same day that I learnt about this place !!
This place offers organic vegetarian meal, ie. western and local / oriental as well.  This new shop is run by a small family and the dishes are prepared by the owner's talented mother.

p.s. intended to do lunch with Angeline-san here one day!

I am having a serious problem with my eyes right now; no more imagination or over-reaction !
I am facing a serious dried eye syndrome for the past 2 weeks and it got even worse last week!
So I am trying to shun PC's at home.  It is so bad that I am having the problem even at home
during the weekends without experiencing any air conditioned or fan.  Nearly wonder whether I could go to
work today and the rest of the week. 

Luckily, I managed to contact Fussy M's friend to get a remedy for the eyes (but not meant  for dried eyes)
and it seemed helps a bit when I woke up this morning.  So, I have to spend more time with my gassho
meditation and even more reiki ! (The problem is I think my dried eyes syndrome will cure if I don't expose myself  in an air-conditioned place ie. working place for a period of time but this is quite impossible unless
I quit and stay home ; nearly all working places are air-conditioned and I don't think I can work in a heated area !!)

So now I am in the position of either continue to work and go blind and die! Or quit my job and
die later when I also 'dried' up all my resources !

Overhead some old senior citizen's conversation at the bus-stand and leart that H.G. has passed away.
No wonder I have not seen him for few days and I thought he were over at the hawker's centre clinging
to his Hokkien Noodle seller friend.

I will miss you ; the ever friendly H.G.  !!!!!!

p.s missed all his crazy antics while in his younger days!!

Stuffed crabshell

Try to make this stuffed crabshell after watching 'Ah Hong's cooking program which featured some local delights of Terengganu state.  Don't really copy down the whole recipe, just estimate and seemed quite
simple for me (to remember).  This dish is a bit different from the usual one as normally we would deep fried the stuffed crabshell but the cook only steamed them which I found quite suitable for Fussy M who should not take in too much oily things.  The taste is a bit flat and I should add a bit more salt the next time (if I ever do it again) !
